The posting

Wir sind ein familiär geführtes 4* Hotel in bester Lage mitten in den Kärntner Nockbergen. Egal ob zum Wandern, Skifahren oder einfach nur um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, wir stellen den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Unser Haus befindet sich auf 1400m Seehöhe und befindet sich direkt neben der Skipiste der Nationalpark Brunnach.

Die Geschichte unseres Hofes geht zurück bis ins 11. Jahrhundert. Seit 1470 ist das schöne Anwesen im Besitz der Familie Hinteregger. Seit vielen Jahren betreiben wir unsere Landwirtschaft biologisch, ohne chemische und mineralische Dünge- und Futtermittel. Als Bio-Bauern und Naturkreis-Betrieb haben wir uns den natürlichen Abläufen verschrieben. Wir betrachten die Kräfte der Natur als harmonisches Ganzes. Das natürliche Leben im Rhythmus der Jahreszeiten ist bei uns gelebter Alltag.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams: 1 Jungkoch/-köchin (m/w/d) * Saisonstelle

* Beschäftigung ab Mitte Dezember 2026 - Ende März 2027

Anforderungen:

* Praxis unbedingt erforderlich

Aufgabenbereich:

* Küche für Halbpension in unserem Hotel (Bioküche + regionale Küche, Verarbeitung von Produkten aus der eigenen Landwirtschaft)

* Hausmannskost

* Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften

Arbeitszeit:

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung - 6 Tagewoche

Entlohnung:

* EUR 2.600,00 netto auf Vollzeitbasis. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Praxis bzw. Arbeitsstunden.

Zusätzlich wird bei Bedarf geboten:

* Zimmer und Verpflegung kostenlos.
