In deze rol word je de operationele en administratieve spilfiguur van het aankoopteam. Je krijgt de ruimte om het vak stap voor stap in de vingers te krijgen via een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Administratieve ruggengraat: Je beheert de operationele flow van A tot Z. Dit betekent dat je instaat voor het nauwkeurig opmaken van PO’s (bestelbonnen), het controleren van inkomende facturen en het netjes up-to-date houden van het klassement.
  • Operationele aankoop & stakeholdermanagement: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders bij meer eenvoudige, dagelijkse aankopen. Je zit met hen samen om hun noden te capteren en stemt dit intern vlot af.
  • Focus op jouw groeitraject: De grote, strategische en complexe aankoopdossiers laat je bewust nog even over aan je ervaren collega's. Zo kan jij je focussen op het leggen van een ijzersterke basis.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring binnen aankoop (een 2tal jaar ervaring is hierbij voldoende).
  • Je blinkt uit in nauwkeurigheid en krijgt energie van een gestructureerde administratie.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en aarzelt niet om met verschillende interne partijen rond de tafel te gaan zitten.
