Als Junior Aankoper werk je mee aan het volledige aankoopproces. Je beheert zelfstandig een aantal productdossiers, onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en volgt prijzen, beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit nauwgezet op.

Jouw taken

  • Je vergelijkt prijzen, kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en marktontwikkelingen binnen jouw productgroepen.
  • Je bouwt professionele en duurzame relaties op met leveranciers.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig verschillende aankoopdossiers.
  • Je onderhandelt mee over prijzen en commerciële afspraken.
  • Je volgt leveringen en leverbetrouwbaarheid op en grijpt in wanneer er knelpunten ontstaan.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe en originele producten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met aankoop, logistiek en sales.
  • Je krijgt ondersteuning van de aankoopadministratie, zodat jij je vooral kan focussen op de inhoudelijke aankoopdossiers.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke van de aankoopafdeling.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor in een economische of commerciële richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen aankoop of productbeheer is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt interesse in voeding, horeca en producten die binnen deze sector gebruikt worden.
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en kan prijzen en gegevens goed analyseren.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht over je dossiers.
  • Je communiceert vlot met leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook makkelijk samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
  • Je wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen aankoop
