Je zal heel nauw samenwerken met onze aankoop- en productieverantwoordelijke en krijgt zo een unieke inkijk in aankoop, planning, productie en supply chain. Naarmate je groeit in deze nieuwe functie, groeit ook je verantwoordelijkheid.

Concreet:

Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van aankoopdossiers, afroepen, raamcontracten en facturen

· Je verwerkt en controleert gegevens in ons ERP-systeem en bewaakt een correcte facturatieflow.

· Je maakt analyses en rapportages rond aankoop, productie, volumes, rendementen, kostprijzen en kwaliteit.

· Je ondersteunt de supply planning en helpt mee de dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen.

· Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie en standaardisatie van processen en helpt SOP's en werkinstructies uitwerken.

· Je voert analyses uit bij klachten en non-conformiteiten en ondersteunt verbeteracties.

· Je ondersteunt leveranciersopvolging, evaluaties en het dagelijkse contact met leveranciers.

· Je zorgt voor heldere rapportering en een gestructureerde opvolging van acties en afspraken.

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaand profiel?

Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een agro-, voedings- of economische richting. Ook kandidaten met een bachelor Office Management en een sterke interesse in de sector moedigen we aan om te solliciteren.

Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht.

Je hebt een goede kennis van Word, Excel en PowerPoint en vindt vlot je weg in Excel en ERP- pakketten (kennis van Business Central is een pluspunt).

  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met collega’s en leveranciers.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil de werking van aankoop, planning en productie echt begrijpen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, ziet werk liggen en denkt graag mee over hoe zaken beter of efficiënter kunnen.
  • Je hebt een analytische ingesteldheid en krijgt energie van rapportage, cijfers en het zoeken naar oplossingen.
