Als Junior Aankoper / Supply Chain Officer werk je nauw samen met de aankoopverantwoordelijke en ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van aankoop en supply chain. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Opvolgen van aankoopdossiers, afroepen, raamcontracten en facturen
  • Verwerken en controleren van gegevens in het ERP-systeem
  • Bewaken van een correcte facturatiestroom
  • Ondersteunen van leveranciersopvolging en leverancierscontacten
  • Verzorgen van een gestructureerde rapportering en opvolging van acties
  • Opstellen van analyses rond aankoop, volumes, rendementen, kostprijzen en kwaliteit
  • Verwerken van grote hoeveelheden data in Excel
  • Opmaken van rapporten ter ondersteuning van aankoop- en planningsbeslissingen
  • Vertalen van cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten voor de organisatie
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse supply planning
  • Meehelpen aan de optimalisatie van processen en werkwijzen
  • Uitwerken van SOP's en werkinstructies
  • Ondersteunen bij analyses van klachten en non-conformiteiten
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in aankoop-, productie- en planningsprocessen

Must haves

  • Bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een economische, agro- of voedingsgerelateerde richting
  • Sterke interesse in aankoop, supply chain en productieprocessen
  • Zeer nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met cijfers
  • Goede kennis van Excel
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands
  • Leergierige en proactieve ingesteldheid

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van Business Central
  • Basiskennis Frans
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen
  • Eerste stage- of werkervaring binnen aankoop, administratie of supply chain
