Junior aannemer Als junior aannemer leer je hoe je een renovatieproject van begin tot eind organiseert. Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding, houdt tijdens de uitvoering zicht op de planning en stemt af met de verschillende partijen die bij het project betrokken zijn. Je bent daarbij de verbindende schakel tussen kantoor en uitvoering. Je zorgt dat materialen en informatie beschikbaar zijn, houdt contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers en helpt praktische vraagstukken tijdens het project op te lossen. Het doel is dat je steeds meer onderdelen zelfstandig oppakt en jezelf ontwikkelt tot een aannemer die verantwoordelijkheid kan dragen voor het volledige verloop van een renovatieproject. Wat ga je doen? - Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van renovatieprojecten; - Projectstukken bekijken en bepalen wat nodig is voor de uitvoering; - Offertes aanvragen en afstemmen met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Materialen bestellen en leveringen coördineren; - Werkzaamheden en afspraken rondom projecten voorbereiden en bewaken; - Regelmatig projecten bezoeken en contact onderhouden met collega's op locatie; - De voortgang van werkzaamheden volgen en eventuele knelpunten signaleren; - Schakelen met leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's over planning en uitvoering; - Praktische vragen vanuit de uitvoering helpen oplossen; - Projectinformatie en afspraken goed vastleggen; - Steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de begeleiding van eigen projecten. Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een bouwbedrijf dat zich richt op uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten. Binnen de organisatie wordt gewerkt met een klein team, waardoor medewerkers nauw betrokken zijn bij verschillende fases van een project. De lijnen zijn kort en er is veel ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
