Onze klant is een dynamisch en groeiend vastgoedbedrijf gevestigd in Ukkel. Dankzij hun sterke marktkennis, professionele aanpak en persoonlijke service hebben ze een mooie positie opgebouwd binnen de vastgoedmarkt.

Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn ze vandaag op zoek naar een Junior Account Executive die mee wil bouwen aan hun commerciële verhaal.

Je komt terecht in een ondernemende omgeving waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en waar je de ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Account Executive speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere commerciële groei van het bedrijf.

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en prospecten.
  • Je legt contact met potentiële klanten en bouwt deze relaties verder uit.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en identificeert mogelijkheden voor verdere samenwerking.
  • Je volgt leads en opportuniteiten op van het eerste contact tot de effectieve samenwerking.
  • Je brengt de noden van klanten in kaart en denkt mee over de juiste vastgoedoplossingen.
  • Je volgt de markt en relevante ontwikkelingen binnen de vastgoedsector op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en denkt mee na over commerciële acties en initiatieven.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk aan een eigen klantenportefeuille uit te bouwen.

Kortom: een gevarieerde commerciële functie waarin klantencontact, prospectie en business development centraal staan.

Het vastgoedkantoor is op zoek naar een commercieel gedreven en communicatief sterk persoon met goesting om erin te vliegen.

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen sales, business development, recruitment, vastgoed of een andere commerciële omgeving. Ook ambitieuze schoolverlaters met de juiste mindset komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent vlot in communicatie en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met klanten en prospecten.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt graag zelf initiatief.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en krijgt energie van het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in vastgoed en wil hierin graag je kennis verder uitbouwen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, georganiseerd en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent ambitieus en kijkt ernaar uit om op termijn steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
