Special Fruit NV, met vestigingen in Meer (België) en Huelva (Spanje), levert verse bessen, mango’s, avocado’s andere exoten en bijzondere groenten aan supermarktketens en groothandelaars in heel Europa. Junior Account Manager

Je uitdagingen

Als belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en onze interne organisatie zorg je voor:

  • Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met je klanten in de Benelux.
  • Opvolgen van klantenvragen, aanvragen en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Prijslijsten voorbereiden en commerciële dossiers beheren.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van aankoop, planning, logistiek en kwaliteit.
  • Marktinformatie verzamelen en commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren.
  • Mee instaan voor de groei en tevredenheid van bestaande klanten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van orders en processen.

Samengevat: Je volgt klantendossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat opportuniteiten worden omgezet in duurzame samenwerkingen.

Je profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt al 2 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel Frans als Nederlands. Engels, dat schrikt je niet af.
  • Analyses maken? Dat is voor jou een fijne uitdaging waar je graag mee aan de slag gaat.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht. Daarnaast werk je gestructureerd en heb je oog voor detail.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar vers product en logistiek samenkomen.
  • Je werkt vlot met het hele M365 pakket (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
