Als Junior Accountmanager krijg je de unieke gelegenheid om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van verlichting in de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren Key Accountmanager en ondersteunt bij het adviseren van onze klanten over slimme lichtoplossingen. Dit is dé springplank om je commerciële vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en uit te groeien tot een volwaardige salesprofessional.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Accountmanager Oost- en West-Vlaanderen ondersteun je het salesteam en draag je bij aan de groei van onze klantenportefeuille. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Je gaat actief op pad in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen om nieuwe contacten te leggen en relaties op te bouwen met potentiële klanten, installateurs en de groothandels;
  • Je signaleert commerciële kansen en werkt deze uit om deze vervolgens via de groothandel te laten lopen;
  • Je volgt leads en projecten actief op en zorgt voor een gedegen administratie in ons CRM-systeem (SalesForce);
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Lighting Design en Inside Sales voor het opstellen van offertes en lichtplannen;
  • Je blijft betrokken bij de uitvoering van projecten en leert hoe je deze succesvol begeleidt van start tot oplevering;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit huis en bent een enthousiaste teamspeler binnen een ambitieus salesteam;
  • Je leert de markt en onze producten door en door kennen om klanten optimaal te kunnen adviseren.

Iemand bent met passie voor de wereld van het licht en een sterke drive om te leren. Jij krijgt energie van het blij maken van klanten met innovatieve verlichtingsoplossingen.

Daarnaast:

Blijf jij gefocust bij stressvolle situaties en kan je flexibel schakelen bij de uitvoering van dagelijkse werkzaamheden;

Kan jij je creativiteit kwijt in het vinden van nieuwe oplossingen/mogelijkheden en ben je bereid mee te denken met de klant;

Werk je niet alleen klantgericht, maar ook doel- en resultaatgericht;

Beschik je over goede commerciële vaardigheden;

Vind jij jouw uitdaging in het meegaan met veranderende bedrijf- en marktsitaties;

Beschik je over een Bachelor werk- en denkniveau;

Ben je bekend met tools als Windows, Office 365 en CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur SalesForce).
