Orange is op zoek zijn naar een enthousiaste Junior Account Manager voor zowel zelfstandigen en kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen voor onze Enterprise Business Unit in de regio Vlaanderen.

Uw missie?

U bent de trouwe adviseur van uw prospecten en klanten voor telecom en ICT-oplossingen. U ondersteunt uw klanten door hen de beste oplossingen, producten en diensten voor te stellen uit de Orange Belgium catalogus.

U beheert een groot bestaande portfolio van eenmanszaken, zelfstandigen tot kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen voor de Enterprise Business unit van Orange in uw regio. U ontwikkelt ook nieuwe business met kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen in uw regio.

Wat doe je?

  • U kent de Orange B2B mobiele en convergente oplossingen en ICT-diensten door en door
  • Door netwerking en prospectie in je regio, ben je in staat om nieuwe klanten te maken van Orange voor Telecom en ICT-diensten.
  • U identificeert wat uw prospecten nodig hebben voor vast en mobiele telefonie oplossingen. U evalueert ook hun behoeftes aan ICT-diensten zoals IT security producten, gsm en andere devices, cloud, …
  • U legt de afspraken vast, u brengt de behoeften van de klanten in kaart en doet hen competitieve voorstellen op de producten van Orange in Telecom en ICT-diensten.
  • U bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de klant tot activatie en facturatie van de diensten. Om een geode opvolging van leads te verzekeren, brengt u alle informatie in een CRM-systeem
  • U staat in voor de verdere opvolging in samenwerking met andere interne departementen, in het geval van vragen of problemen bij de klant.
  • Vertrouw van de klant is heel belangrijk. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het regelmatig evalueren van de telecom- en ICT-behoeften van uw klant en om na te gaan of deze nog steeds overeenkomen met de behoeften van uw klant. U stelt hen alternatieve oplossingen of nieuwe diensten voor indien nodig.

Uw profiel ?

  • U hebt een bachelordiploma of 1-3j relevante sales ervaring. Ervaring in Telecom/IT services is een plus
  • U spreekt vlot Nederlands, EN en FR zijn een troef en je bent werkzaam in Vlaanderen (focus op de regio waar je woont)
  • Meer belangrijk dan diploma, u kunt kwalitatieve lange termijn relaties vastleggen, onderhouden en uitbouwen. U bent heel resultaatgericht en klant gedreven. U bent enthousiast & flexibel
  • U hebt interesse in telecom technologie en ICT/IT oplossingen
  • Tenslotte, kunt u goed overweg met MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel…)
