Jobomschrijving

  • Bouw aan je eigen klantenportefeuille en maak van bestaande klanten sterke, duurzame partners.
  • Ga op ontdekkingstocht in Geel en spot nieuwe klanten, projecten en commerciële kansen.
  • Denk mee met je klanten en vertaal hun behoeften naar slimme oplossingen en sterke voorstellen.
  • Word dé expert voor je klanten en adviseer hen over producten, toepassingen en oplossingen op maat.
  • Neem ownership over je offertes en commerciële dossiers, van eerste contact tot deal.
  • Investeer in relaties en zorg ervoor dat klanten graag met jou samenwerken.
  • Hou de vinger aan de pols van de markt en speel snel in op nieuwe trends en opportuniteiten.
  • Maak klanten warm voor digitaal en stimuleer het gebruik van onze online bestel- en e-commerceoplossingen.
  • Werk samen als één team met collega's van sales, customer service en operations.
  • Deel je inzichten en resultaten met de Sales Manager en denk actief mee tijdens commerciële overlegmomenten.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren commerciële ervaring in de buitendienst? Top! Maar ook als enthousiaste junior met de juiste mindset en drive ben je meer dan welkom.
  • Ervaring in de bouw, technische producten of een gelijkaardige sector is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.
  • Je krijgt energie van klantencontact, prospecteren en nieuwe commerciële kansen ontdekken.
  • Je bent een echte relatiebouwer en vindt het leuk om klanten op lange termijn aan je te binden.
  • Je combineert commerciële drive met een sterke servicegerichte aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot, luistert écht naar klanten en weet goed in te spelen op hun behoeften.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en niet bang om initiatief te nemen.
  • Je hebt de mindset van een hunter én een farmer: je gaat graag op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten én bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit.
  • Je hebt interesse in technische producten en vooral veel goesting om bij te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen.
  • Drive, enthousiasme en de juiste commerciële mindset vinden we minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.
  • Je woont in de ruime regio van Geel en kijkt ernaar uit om klanten in de regio te overtuigen.
