  • Sterk met cijfers én met mensen Je staat graag vanaf dag één in contact met klanten en kan complexe materie vertalen naar duidelijke taal. Relaties opbouwen geeft je energie.
  • Planner én flexibel Deadlines schrikken je niet af. Je plant slim, behoudt overzicht en blijft rustig wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Digitale reflex én klantgericht Automatisatie? Daar krijg jij energie van. Zeker als het betekent dat jij meer tijd hebt voor klanten en advies.
  • Betrokkenheid én drive Je werkt graag samen, waardeert feedback van collega’s en je blijft jezelf uitdagen om te groeien.
