Je eerste maanden in de accountancy gaan vooral over leren omgaan met wat je nog niet weet. Bij dit moderne accountantskantoor krijg je daarvoor de tijd, de begeleiding en een hecht team. Vanaf je eerste week werk je samen met een ervaren collega aan echte dossiers. Geen anonieme starterspool, wel een eigen plek op de vloer: een naam, een bureau en een mentor binnen handbereik.

De visie is helder: je groeit sneller door eigenaarschap dan door observatie. Daarom krijg je vanaf dag een echte verantwoordelijkheid, maar nooit zonder vangnet. De complexiteit van de dossiers groeit mee met jouw competenties, volledig in jouw tempo.

Een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit (of een sterk verwant traject).

Je hebt maximaal 6 maanden werkervaring.

Je geraakt vlot tot in Kortrijk, Tielt, Nazareth en Waregem.

Een gestructureerde, zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkstijl.

Sterke communicatieve skills: je belt terug, schrijft begrijpelijke mails en vraagt door als iets niet meteen duidelijk is.

Honger om te leren en de ambitie om verder te groeien.

Jouw taken zijn:

  • Het echte dossierwerk: Je houdt de boekhouding en financiele administratie van klanten bij: van aankoop, verkoop en periodieke afsluitingen tot gerichte controles.
  • Fiscale kickstart: Je bereidt btw-aangiftes voor en leert snel hoe de fiscale kalender in elkaar zit. Daarnaast werk je mee aan aangiftes voor de personen-, vennootschaps- en rechtspersonenbelasting.
  • Klantcontact vanaf dag een: Je bent meteen het aanspreekpunt voor klanten over de dagelijkse opvolging van hun dossier. Een vraag die je nog niet kunt beantwoorden? Geen stress, jij weet binnen het team snel de juiste specialist te vinden.
  • Bouwen aan de toekomst: Je helpt bij jaarafsluitingen en ziet hoe een volledig dossier landt in een jaarrekening. Intussen volg je interne en externe opleidingen om je vakkennis naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
