Internationale ambitie, heldere structuur

Deze Belgische producent groeide in enkele jaren uit tot een gevestigde speler binnen de internationale voedingsindustrie. Vandaag worden hun producten uitgevoerd naar meer dan 120 landen wereldwijd. De onderneming is financieel gezond en blijft investeren in mensen, processen, technologie en verdere groei.

Ondanks die internationale schaal blijft de organisatie toegankelijk. De communicatielijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en medewerkers krijgen ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Samenwerking staat boven hiërarchie en wie mogelijkheden ziet om processen beter of efficiënter te organiseren, krijgt daar ook de nodige ruimte voor.

Dat maakt dit een interessante omgeving voor iemand die graag gestructureerd werkt, maar tegelijk niet terecht wil komen in een functie waarin alles jarenlang hetzelfde blijft.

Van dagelijkse boekhouding tot bredere financiële inzichten

Als Junior Boekhouder ondersteun je de dagelijkse boekhouding en werk je mee aan verschillende financiële en fiscale processen. Je krijgt dus niet alleen uitvoerende taken, maar bouwt stap voor stap inzicht op in de bredere financiële werking van de onderneming.

In het begin ligt de nadruk op een correcte en gestructureerde verwerking. Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid en word je nauwer betrokken bij afsluitingen, rapportering en jaarrekening.

Concreet betekent dit dat:

  • Je aankoop- en verkoopfacturen inboekt en controleert en waakt over een correcte verwerking van de financiële gegevens.
  • Je bank- en kasverrichtingen verwerkt en ervoor zorgt dat de boekhouding nauwkeurig en actueel blijft.
  • Je btw-aangiftes voorbereidt en ondersteuning biedt bij fiscale en boekhoudkundige vragen.
  • Je meewerkt aan periodieke afsluitingen en rapporteringen en hierdoor steeds meer inzicht krijgt in de financiële resultaten.
  • Je ondersteuning biedt bij de opmaak van jaarrekeningen en jouw technische boekhoudkennis verder verdiept.
  • Je kritisch kijkt naar bestaande administratieve processen en mee nadenkt over manieren om deze efficiënter en gestructureerder te organiseren.

Je staat daarbij niet op een eiland. De organisatie werkt nauw samen over verschillende afdelingen heen, waardoor je inzicht krijgt in hoe finance verbonden is met onder andere sales, productie, logistiek en administratie.

Zo bouw je niet alleen boekhoudkundige ervaring op, maar ontwikkel je ook een bredere kijk op de financiële werking van een internationaal bedrijf.

Voor iemand die cijfers graag juist ziet

Je bent iemand die voldoening haalt uit structuur en overzicht. Je werkt zorgvuldig en controleert liever een keer extra dan een fout te laten passeren. Tegelijk ben je leergierig en wil je begrijpen waarom processen op een bepaalde manier verlopen, in plaats van taken gewoon uit te voeren.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een bachelor of graduaat in accountancy, fiscaliteit, finance of een vergelijkbare richting heeft afgerond.
  • Een gemotiveerde starter is of al een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen boekhouding heeft opgebouwd.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt en ook bij meerdere taken het overzicht bewaart.
  • Leergierig is en nieuwe financiële of fiscale materie graag verder uitdiept.
  • Vlot werkt met MS Excel; ervaring met boekhoudsoftware vormt een pluspunt.
  • Zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het eigen werk en tijdig vragen stelt wanneer extra informatie nodig is.
  • Graag meedenkt over manieren om processen correcter, eenvoudiger of efficiënter te organiseren.
