Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige verwerking van leveranciersfacturen en het waarborgen van de naleving van de fiscale regelgeving. Ideaal voor een kandidaat met enige werkervaring of een pas afgestudeerde in boekhouding, die Excel en SAP ECC goed beheerst. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de processen. Beschrijving - Zorgen voor een zorgvuldige verwerking en strikte opvolging van leveranciersfacturen; - Facturen controleren, invoeren en aanpassen in het boekhoudsysteem; - Zorgen voor naleving van de Belgische btw-regelgeving; - Actief deelnemen aan de boekhoudkundige afsluitingen en de afstemming van de crediteurenrekeningen; - Nauw samenwerken met de verschillende afdelingen en efficiënt reageren op verzoeken van leveranciers; - Bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van de administratieve en boekhoudkundige processen. Je profiel - Beschikt over eerste werkervaring of heeft een opleiding in boekhouding afgerond; - Heeft een grondige kennis van de Belgische btw-regelgeving (vereiste); - Is bedreven in het gebruik van SAP ECC en Excel (vereiste); - Spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands; - Beschikt over een scherp analytisch vermogen en heeft veel oog voor detail; - Werkt graag in teamverband en hanteert een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
