Heb je een eerste goede ervaring binnen accounting achter de rug en ben je klaar om een volgende stap te zetten? Wil je terechtkomen in een functie waarin je niet beperkt blijft tot één onderdeel van de boekhouding, maar de kans krijgt om je kennis verder te verbreden richting A-Z?

Voor een stabiele en gevestigde onderneming in Izegem zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Junior Accountant. Je komt terecht binnen een financieel gezonde organisatie met de professionaliteit van een grotere structuur, gecombineerd met de korte communicatielijnen en collegiale sfeer van een West-Vlaamse KMO.

Binnen het finance team krijg je de mogelijkheid om je bestaande boekhoudkundige kennis verder uit te bouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring, steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden toegewezen.

Jouw taken

  • Je staat mee in voor de dagelijkse verwerking en opvolging van de algemene boekhouding.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Je boekt en controleert de financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je volgt klanten, leveranciers en openstaande posten nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en indiening van de btw-aangiftes.
  • Je werkt mee aan maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Je voert verschillende boekhoudkundige controles en reconciliaties uit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij diverse administratieve en financiële werkzaamheden binnen het finance team.
  • Naarmate je kennis groeit, krijg je de mogelijkheid om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden binnen de A-Y/A-Z boekhouding zelfstandig op te nemen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een andere relevante financiële opleiding.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting.
  • Ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor of interne financiële afdeling komt beide in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van de algemene boekhouding en bent gemotiveerd om deze verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen taken.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een volwaardige A-Z Accountant.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een directe en no-nonsense werkomgeving waar collega's nauw samenwerken.
