Wil jij de dagelijkse regie voeren over een complete boekhouding, van de inkomende factuur tot en met de voorbereiding van de afsluiting en btw-aangiften? Zoek je de stabiliteit van een mensgerichte organisatie waar je intensief samenwerkt met een ervaren Finance Lead? En wil je actief meedenken over het slimmer en digitaler inrichten van de administratieve processen?

Onze opdrachtgever is een gewaardeerde, financieel gezonde organisatie met een ijzersterke marktpositie en een langetermijnvisie. Binnen het financieel departement heerst een toegankelijke, transparante sfeer waarin overleg laagdrempelig is en collegialiteit vooropstaat. De deuren staan open en initiatief om workflows efficiënter te maken wordt breed gedragen.

Als Accountant A-Y ben jij de inhoudelijke spil voor de dagelijkse en periodieke boekhoudkundige verwerking. Je verzorgt de inkomende en uitgaande financiële stromen, bereidt de btw-aangiften voor en zorgt dat alle balansposten en grootboekrekeningen tot in de puntjes zijn uitgelijnd. Je levert de voorbereidende cijfers aan voor de maand- en jaarafsluiting en werkt hierbij nauw samen met het Hoofd Boekhouding. Tegelijkertijd kijk je met een frisse blik naar de huidige workflows en help je de afdeling naar een hoger digitaal niveau te tillen. Een gevarieerde en zelfstandige positie voor een nauwkeurige professional die houdt van structuur, overzicht en korte lijnen!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als A-Y Accountant:

  • Verwerken van inkomende goederen- en dienstenfacturen, wat direct resulteert in een loepzuivere en actuele administratie.
  • Nauwkeurig voorbereiden van de btw-aangiftes, waardoor we achter de schermen altijd netjes in orde zijn met de wetgeving.
  • Afwerken van de maandafsluitingen in nauw overleg met de directie, inclusief de stipte berekening van alle provisies.
  • Fungeren als onmisbare rechterhand tijdens de jaarlijkse audit, zodat het management de balansen vlot kan goedkeuren.
  • Zelfstandig analyseren en accuraat doorboeken van klanten- en leverancierskortingen op het einde van het financiële jaar.
