Jobomschrijving

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bankuittreksels inboeken: Houd elke transactie nauwkeurig bij en los afwijkingen op.
  • Journaalposten: Zorg voor een up-to-date en correcte boekhouding.
  • BTW-aangiftes: Maak belastingaangiftes eenvoudig en foutloos.
  • Facturen verwerken: Match goederen- en dienstenfacturen nauwkeurig.
  • Kortingen opvolgen: Verwerk klanten- en leverancierskortingen.
  • Auditondersteuning: Assisteer onze hoofdboekhouder en CFO bij audits.
  • Balansreconciliatie: Verwerk maandelijkse afsluitingen, provisies en overlopende rekeningen.
  • Kasverwerking: Zorg dat alle kastransacties kloppen.
  • Zustervennootschap boekhouding: Beheer de boekhouding volledig en rapporteer lokaal.
  • Innovatieve projecten: Werk mee aan EDI, Teamsprojecten en digitale optimalisatie.
  • Uitgaande betalingen: Verzorg de tijdige en correcte afhandeling van betalingen.

Wat moet je weten om deze functie uit te oefenen?

  • De ins en outs van BTW-wetgeving en fiscale reguleringen.
  • De fijne kneepjes van boekhoudwetgeving en -technieken.

Welke superkrachten heb je nodig?

  • Moed en vaardigheid om met ons ERP-pakket (MS Dynamics AX) te werken.
  • Een meester zijn in Excel-toepassingen.
  • Noties van Duits en/of Frans zijn een bonus voor het verwerken van inkomende facturen.
  • Een scherp analytisch vermogen om snel verschillen op te sporen en recht te zetten.
