Voor een familiaal accountantskantoor met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring zoeken we een Junior Dossierbeheerder die zich stap voor stap wil ontwikkelen binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit.

Je komt terecht in een team van 30 medewerkers, waar expertise en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan. Dankzij de vlakke structuur krijg je snel verantwoordelijkheid en kan je veel bijleren van ervaren collega's.

Jouw taken

  • Je verwerkt en controleert boekhoudkundige dossiers.
  • Je werkt mee aan btw-aangiftes, tussentijdse rapporteringen en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij fiscale aangiftes, zowel personen- als vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Je volgt dossiers van A tot Z mee op en neemt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bouwt stap voor stap een eigen klantenportefeuille uit.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten en collega's en werkt mee aan oplossingen.
  • Je krijgt de nodige ondersteuning van ervaren collega's en groeit geleidelijk door in je rol

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in accountancy & fiscaliteit en wil jouw kennis voortdurend verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent goed georganiseerd en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar weet ook wanneer je moet overleggen.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en analytisch sterk.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, weet van aanpakken en werkt graag mee aan een gezamenlijk groeiverhaal.
