En tant que Junior Accountant, vous soutenez le département financier dans une organisation internationale active dans la production. Vous assurez un traitement correct, ponctuel et conforme des opérations comptables quotidiennes, suivez les fournisseurs et les clients, et contribuez aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles. Vous travaillez de manière précise, structurée et développez progressivement vos compétences en comptabilité, fiscalité et reporting.

Vos principales responsabilités en tant que Junior Accountant :

  • Traiter et vérifier les factures d’achats et les relevés bancaires.
  • Suivre les paiements fournisseurs, les rappels et les encaissements clients.
  • Réconcilier les comptes fournisseurs et clients.
  • Assurer l’administration comptable quotidienne et la mise à jour des dossiers financiers.
  • Assister aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
  • Réaliser les réconciliations mensuelles du bilan.
  • Préparer les écritures récurrentes et les provisions.
  • Préparer les déclarations TVA, Intrastat et les listings intracommunautaires.
  • Préparer les rapports statistiques requis (OneGate, etc.).
  • Bachelor en comptabilité, finance ou économie.
  • 0 à 3 ans d’expérience ; les jeunes diplômés sont les bienvenus.
  • Excellente maîtrise du néerlandais et du français ; bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
  • Connaissance de la législation fiscale belge.
  • Bonne compréhension de la TVA.
  • Compétences avancées en Excel.
  • Connaissance de MS Dynamics est un atout.
  • Envie d’apprendre et de progresser en comptabilité.
  • Approche proactive et orientée solutions.
  • Bonnes capacités analytiques et organisationnelles.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication.
  • Esprit d’équipe et attitude positive.
