Voor een gespecialiseerd dienstverleningskantoor in de regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Accountant. De organisatie heeft een familiaal karakter, werkt met een compact team en richt zich volledig op het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van bestaande klantenrelaties.

In deze functie combineer je boekhoudkundige taken, financiële administratie, HR-administratie en algemene kantoororganisatie. Dankzij de afwisseling in het takenpakket krijg je veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid, met op termijn de mogelijkheid om verder door te groeien richting financiële rapportering en opvolging.

Junior accountant - Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin boekhouding, financiële administratie, HR-administratie en kantoororganisatie samenkomen.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige en administratieve werking en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte organisatie van de interne processen en neemt initiatief om administratieve en financiële workflows verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het management en krijgt de kans om op termijn mee te werken aan financiële rapportering, analyses en budgetopvolging.

Junior accountant - Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een sterke basis in boekhouding en administratie en voelt je comfortabel binnen een brede functie met uiteenlopende verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en neemt spontaan initiatief om processen te verbeteren en prioriteiten te bepalen.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en contactpersonen en voelt je thuis in een compacte organisatie waar ownership, discretie en een hands-on mentaliteit centraal staan.
  • Je brengt de nodige maturiteit mee en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen dossiers en werkzaamheden.
