ECS Group is een dynamische groep van vennootschappen actief in een internationale en ondernemende omgeving. Ter versterking van ons finance team zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze Junior Accountant die wil doorgroeien naar een gecertificeerd ITAA-accountant en een actieve rol wil spelen in de verdere professionalisering en automatisering van onze boekhoudprocessen.

Naast de opvolging van de boekhouding van de verschillende groepsvennootschappen krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan efficiëntere processen, digitaliseringstrajecten en de ondersteuning van externe klanten.

Jouw functie

Als Junior Accountant ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking en opvolging van de boekhoudingen binnen de ECS Group. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en externe adviseurs en krijgt de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Naast de klassieke boekhoudkundige taken verwachten we een sterke interesse in procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en digitale boekhoudoplossingen. Kennis van het ERP-pakket EOL vormt hierbij een belangrijke meerwaarde.

Verantwoordelijkheden Boekhouding groepsvennootschappen

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële verrichtingen.
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen.
  • Assisteren bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij consolidatie- en rapporteringsprocessen.
  • Voorbereiden van auditdossiers en contacten met externe accountants en bedrijfsrevisoren.

Externe dossiers

  • Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van boekhoudingen van externe klanten.
  • Voorbereiden van fiscale en boekhoudkundige dossiers.
  • Adviseren van klanten inzake administratieve en boekhoudkundige optimalisaties.

Automatisering en digitalisering

  • Analyseren van bestaande processen en identificeren van verbeterpunten.
  • Actief meewerken aan de verdere automatisering van boekhoudkundige workflows.
  • Opzetten en optimaliseren van digitale rapporteringen en controles.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor boekhoudkundige toepassingen en ERP-processen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en efficiënt gebruik van EOL binnen de organisatie.

Coördinatie en ondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's binnen de financiële administratie.
  • Signaleren van risico's, opportuniteiten en optimalisaties.
  • Uitbouwen van expertise in zowel boekhouding als financiële processen.

Jouw profiel

  • Masteropleiding in een economische, financiële of accountancygerichte richting.
  • Eerste ervaring in accountancy of boekhouding is een plus maar geen vereiste.
  • Ambitie om de ITAA-titel te behalen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een kritische ingesteldheid.
  • Interesse in digitalisering, data-analyse en automatisering.
  • Goede kennis van Excel.
  • Kennis van EOL is een sterke troef.
  • Proactieve, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
