The posting

Voor een grote en stabiele organisatie in regio Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Accountant die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een professionele financeomgeving. Je komt terecht in een ervaren accountingteam van een 10-tal collega's, waar samenwerking, open communicatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om je verder te verdiepen in de volledige financiële administratie. Je start vanuit een goede boekhoudkundige basis en krijgt geleidelijk aan meer verantwoordelijkheden en ownership over je eigen dossiers. Op termijn kan je doorgroeien naar een volwaardige accountantsfunctie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verwerking van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en andere financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je volgt jouw toegewezen boekhoudkundige dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van periodieke afsluitingen.
  • Je voert controles uit en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie steeds correct en volledig is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de andere accountants binnen het team en ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Naarmate je ervaring groeit, neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden op binnen het volledige accountingproces.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om op termijn door te groeien naar een A-Z Accountant.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een relevant diploma binnen boekhouding of finance, bij voorkeur een bachelor Bedrijfsmanagement - Accountancy-Fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding.
  • Ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor is een mooie troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van boekhouding en bent vertrouwd met onder andere factuurverwerking en financiële administratie.
  • Je bent ambitieus om inhoudelijk verder te groeien en op termijn een volwaardig accountant te worden.
  • Je bent communicatief en voelt je goed binnen een team waarin collega's rechtuit communiceren en open feedback geven én ontvangen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent niet bang om vragen te stellen of initiatief te nemen.
