Je ziet het als een uitdaging om, samen met je collega's te werken aan het realiseren van de afdelingsdoelstellingen. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Accountmanager is het jouw doel om klanten te binden en te behouden vanuit de binnendienst. De uitdaging is om de juiste balans te vinden tussen het bouwen aan de relatie van jouw klanten en het realiseren van jouw commerciële doelstellingen. Tijdens de gesprekken die je met klanten voert adviseer je ze over onze producten, de specificaties hiervan, levertijden en prijzen. Verder informeer je jouw klanten over de mogelijkheden en voordelen die MCB online te bieden heeft. In deze veelomvattende functie krijg je de ruimte om jouw sales kwaliteiten te combineren met jouw sociale capaciteiten! Persoonlijke ontwikkeling staat hoog in het vaandel binnen MCB.
