Samen met een jong, ambitieus en gedreven team ga je voor resultaat en bouw je niet alleen aan klantensucces, maar ook aan je eigen carrière! Functieomschrijving Je taken omvatten: Bij ons ben je een échte relatiebouwer en strategische partner voor je eigen klantenportfolio. - Relatiebeheer : Je beheert je eigen portfolio van zo'n 30 klanten en bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt. - Onboarding & Activatie : Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten vanaf het eerste moment en zorgt voor een vliegende start. - Strategisch Advies : Je denkt proactief mee, signaleert trends en adviseert klanten over alles van supply chain optimalisatie tot adverteren om hun business te laten groeien. Ook in de organisatie mag jij meedenken over hoe wij kunnen groeien. - Communicatie : Het contact is laagdrempelig en direct. Je bent de "partner" die het verschil maakt om ze succesvol te laten zijn.
