HENK detachering groeit en is op zoek naar een junior die door wil groeien naar de functie van accountmanager. Ben je gedreven, leergierig en streef je ernaar om succesvol te worden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als junior accountmanager bij HENK detachering ga je een leertraject in, waarin je uiteindelijk doorgroeit tot een volwaardig accountmanager. Je leert hoe je de instroom van kandidaten kan genereren en hoe je deze kandidaten tot een succesvolle bemiddeling kan leiden. Daarnaast bouw je een netwerk van klanten en relaties. Recruitment - Je leert hoe je kandidaten kan werven via onze wervingskanalen; - Je leert hoe je kwalitatief goede intakegesprekken met kandidaten binnen de bouw, techniek, engineering, supply chain en logistiek kan voeren. Je achterhaalt de kwaliteiten, wensen en ambities van de kandidaat; - Je leert binding te creëren met de kandidaat en hem/haar te begeleiden gedurende het sollicitatie- en detacheringsproces. Sales - Je gaat bouwen aan je netwerk door op zoek te gaan naar bedrijven en vacatures; - Je ontwikkeld je gespreksvaardigheden en creëert binding met je gesprekspartner; - Je bezoekt wekelijks klanten en prospects. - Je leert de basis van telefonische acquisitie en gaat je hier verder in ontwikkelen; - Je leert en ontwikkelt het vermogen om te onderhandelen en de plaatsing af te ronden bij de klant; - Je leert hoe je een bemiddelende rol oppakt tijdens de procedure tussen de klant en de kandidaat. Wat vragen wij? - Je beschikt over MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent geïnteresseerd in sales en wil je hierin verder ontwikkelen; - Je bent gedreven, vastberaden en resultaatgericht; - Je hebt een positieve mindset; - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. ...
