De Baan Als (junior) Commercieel Medewerker is geen werkdag hetzelfde. Hoewel je een breed takenpakket hebt, vormt het plaatsen van werknemers bij de juiste werkgever de leidraad binnen jouw functie. Overige werkzaamheden bestaan uit het onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantcontact, het opstellen van offertes en samenwerkingsvoorstellen, sollicitaties behandelen, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten. Je krijgt een top inwerktraject (al zeggen we het zelf) om je wegwijs te maken binnen de functie. Het is geen vereiste dat je een commerciële achtergrond hebt en/of opleiding hebt gevolgd. Wij geloven namelijk dat je met een hoop motivatie en een gezonde werkhouding een heel eind komt. Functie Eisen We werken niet alleen hard maar vooral ook slim. De ideale kandidaat heeft de werkmentaliteit van 'een echte BaanMeesters (of juf)' en heeft een goed stel hersens (of is het hersenen?)). Aangezien onze werknemers 'vakkrachten' zijn en onze klanten hardwerkende ondernemers houd je van slim, leuk en duidelijk communiceren. Nope….
