Bij Best Deal helpen wij (semi-) publieke organisaties efficiënt, voordelig en rechtmatig in te kopen middels een webshop en onze projectenservice. Dit doen we al sinds 1993 en inmiddels werken we samen met ruim 3.500 organisaties. In onze webshop worden ruim 1.200.000 producten aangeboden van meer dan 100 verschillende leveranciers met wie we collectieve prijsafspraken maken. Daarnaast helpen onze klantadviseurs om de beste keuze te maken voor de beste prijs. Wat ga je doen: Als accountmanager binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties. door te fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt, vragen te beantwoorden en problemen op te lossen. - Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt, beantwoord vragen en lost problemen op; - Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten om hun tevredenheid te waarborgen en adviseert hen proactief over nieuwe producten en diensten die aansluiten bij hun behoeften. Het opstellen van offertes; - Daarnaast ondersteun je het verkoopteam bij klantbezoeken, offertes en contracten, en zorg je voor een tijdige afronding van verkooptrajecten.
