Voor ons commerciële team zoeken wij een Junior Accountmanager Binnendienst. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, collega's en commerciële kansen. Bovendien krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf op termijn verder te ontwikkelen richting een functie als Verkoper. Wat ga je doen Als Junior Accountmanager Binnendienst ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail, volgt binnenkomende leads op en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen. Daarnaast ondersteun je het volledige commerciële proces. Je plant afspraken in voor collega's in de buitendienst, stelt offertes op, bewaakt de opvolging hiervan en ondersteunt bij de uitwerking van tenderaanvragen. Ook verwerk je orders, houd je klantgegevens actueel en stem je regelmatig af met collega's van Sales, Planning en Operations. Dankzij jouw commerciële inzicht, nauwkeurige werkwijze en klantgerichte instelling zorg je voor een uitstekende klantbeleving. Voor jou geldt: afspraak is afspraak. Je team Je komt terecht in een betrokken commercieel team waarin samenwerken centraal staat.
