Jouw werkzaamheden Wil jij jouw commerciële carrière starten in een functie waarin klantcontact, sales en relatiebeheer samenkomen? Als Junior Accountmanager onderhoud je dagelijks contact met klanten, adviseer je hen over passende oplossingen en kijk je actief waar nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden liggen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en ondersteunt daarnaast de buitendienst. Daarbij houd je niet alleen contact met klanten, maar zorg je er ook voor dat aanvragen en orders goed worden opgevolgd. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jezelf commercieel verder te ontwikkelen, met mogelijkheden om op termijn door te groeien richting een buitendienst- of internationale salesfunctie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseert hen over producten en diensten; - Je herkent commerciële mogelijkheden bij bestaande klanten en volgt deze actief op; - Je beantwoordt klantvragen en pakt eventuele uitdagingen op om de klanttevredenheid hoog te houden; - Je volgt lopende orders en bewaakt dat het proces volgens planning verloopt; - Je verwerkt aanvragen en orders en control...
