The posting

Wat in 2012 begon als een nichespeler in Aziatische voeding, belevert vandaag keukens in België, Nederland, Luxemburg, Duitsland en Frankrijk. CEM International is dé specialist in Aziatische voedingsproducten: van vis en zeevruchten tot een breed assortiment verse en diepgevroren producten voor de Aziatische keuken. Wij kennen deze markt, haar producten en haar klanten door en door.

We groeien. En daarom zoeken we een Junior Accountmanager die we met een interne opleiding klaarstomen tot volwaardige commerciële kracht binnen ons team.

Wat je bij ons doet

Jij leert het vak van binnenuit, bij klanten aan tafel en niet vanachter een bureau. Stap voor stap bouw je mee aan onze klantenportefeuille, met de steun van ervaren collega's.

  • Je maakt kennis met ons volledige assortiment en de Aziatische voedingsmarkt: producten, klanten en markttrends.
  • Je gaat mee op klantenbezoek en bouwt onder begeleiding je eigen netwerk van restaurants, groothandels en retailers op.
  • Je leert onderhandelen over prijzen en volumes, met oog voor de langetermijnrelatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met inkoop, logistiek en administratie. Gelukkig zijn bij ons de lijnen kort en de beslissingen snel.
  • Naarmate je meer kennis en zelfstandigheid opbouwt, krijg je snel meer verantwoordelijkheid en je eigen klantenportefeuille.

Wie zoeken we?

We verwelkomen graag kandidaten met een opleiding in Business, Sales, Internationale Handel, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfsmanagement, Marketing of Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen. Heb je dit niet, maar bruist je van de goesting en leergierigheid en heb je een achtergrond in verkoop? Twijfel dan niet om alsnog ons te contacteren! Affiniteit met de Aziatische keuken is een sterke troef.

  • Rijbewijs B is essentieel. Je zit graag bij de klant, niet enkel achter je scherm.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans (vereist). Engels en/of Chinees (Mandarijn of Kantonees) zijn een echte meerwaarde.
  • Je bent een sociale vlinder: je wint graag vertrouwen en durft de stap naar de klant te zetten.
  • Je neemt graag de teugels in handen en wacht niet af tot kansen naar je toe komen.
