Au sein d’un environnement administratif et financier structuré, l’équipe accueille un Junior Accounts Payables Officer qui contribue au bon déroulement du traitement des factures fournisseurs. Cette fonction de Junior Accounts Payables Officer s’inscrit dans un cadre où précision, respect des procédures et collaboration interne sont essentiels.

  • Réception, vérification et encodage des factures fournisseurs, y compris celles issues de la facturation électronique.
  • Collecte des informations nécessaires à l’encodage et contrôle de l’exactitude des montants, TVA, bons de commande et conditions contractuelles.
  • Rapprochement des factures avec les bons de commande et documents de livraison.
  • Rédaction des déclarations TVA et identification des anomalies avec communication vers la ligne hiérarchique.
  • Réponse aux questions des fournisseurs et des équipes internes concernant les écarts de facturation.
  • Suivi des factures ouvertes, préparation et exécution des paiements dans le respect des échéances convenues.
  • Relance des services internes ou des fournisseurs en cas de litige ou de document manquant.
  • Réalisation des réconciliations des comptes fournisseurs et des extraits bancaires, ainsi que participation aux clôtures mensuelles.
  • Mise à jour du système de facturation, incluant les données fournisseurs, tarifs contractuels et conditions spécifiques.
  • Préparation des documents nécessaires aux audits internes et externes, ainsi que gestion de l’archivage des factures.
  • Respect strict de la confidentialité des données financières.
  • Gestion des rappels fournisseurs, participation à la préparation des paiements et réalisation d’analyses ponctuelles selon les besoins du département.
  • Contribution à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils en tant que Junior Accounts Payables Officer.
  • Formation en comptabilité, gestion administrative ou équivalent (Bachelier).
  • 0 à 2 ans d’expérience en comptabilité fournisseurs, stages inclus.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect des délais.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Maîtrise d’Office 365 et bonne connaissance d’Excel.
  • Sens de la confidentialité et de la discrétion.
  • Connaissance d’un ERP ou logiciel comptable considérée comme un atout.
  • Orientation fournisseur et résultat.
  • Bonne réactivité face aux demandes internes et externes.
  • Esprit d’analyse et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Esprit d’équipe et aisance dans les interactions avec les fournisseurs et parties prenantes internes.
  • Connaissance du secteur aérien ou logistique est un plus.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais niveau B2 ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
