Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in duurzame bouw- en infraprojecten? Als Junior Adviseur Bodemonderzoek onderzoek je de kwaliteit van de bodem en vertaal je onderzoeksresultaten naar heldere adviezen. Je ontwikkelt jezelf tot specialist binnen een vakgebied dat volop in beweging is. Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Adviseur Bodemonderzoek werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan uiteenlopende bodemvraagstukken voor projecten binnen de bouw, infrastructuur, gebiedsontwikkeling en industrie. Je analyseert onderzoeksgegevens en stelt onderzoeksvoorstellen op voor verkennend, aanvullend en nader bodemonderzoek. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met veldwerkers en projectleiders om de juiste onderzoeksstrategie te bepalen. Je beoordeelt de kwaliteit van de verzamelde data en verwerkt de resultaten in duidelijke rapportages die voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Naast het opstellen van rapportages geef je advies over bodemkwaliteit, hergebruik van grond en mogelijke vervolgstappen binnen projecten. Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, gemeenten, omgevingsdiensten en andere betrokken partijen. Ook krijg je de mogelijkheid om projectlocaties te bezoeken, zodat je de praktijk beter leert kennen en jouw adviezen nog beter kunt onderbouwen. Door de afwisseling tussen kantoorwerk en projectbezoeken ontwikkel je jezelf snel binnen het vakgebied. Je krijgt goede begeleiding van ervaren collega's en kunt doorgroeien naar functies als Adviseur Bodem, Projectleider Bodem of Milieukundig Specialist. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen van onderzoeksvoorstellen voor bodemonderzoek; - Analyseren van onderzoeksgegevens en meetresultaten; - Uitwerken van rapportages volgens geldende wet- en regelgeving; - Adviseren over bodemkwaliteit, grondverzet en bodemsanering; - Afstemmen van onderzoeken met veldwerkers en projectleiders; - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en overheidsinstanties; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van onderzoeksrapportages; - Bijdragen aan duurzame gebiedsontwikkeling.
