Jij gaat voor het verbeteren van inzetbaarheid! Kom met ons begrijpen, bouwen en bewegen. Je hebt misschien nog niet veel ervaring, maar je bent wél een geboren adviseur en een echte doener. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en vindt het leuk om voor een groep te staan. Voor ons betekent dit dat je energiek, dapper en ambitieus bent. Je mag zelfs een tikkeltje eigenwijs zijn, we geloven namelijk niet in standaardoplossingen. Wél in een op maat gemaakte aanpak die aansluit bij de visie en strategie van een organisatie en bij het gedrag van de mensen die er werken. Wat ga je doen als junior adviseur inzetbaarheid? Je werkt mee op meerdere (deel)projecten tegelijk, altijd samen met collega's. Dat kan op kantoor, thuis én bij de verschillende opdrachtgevers zijn. Voor hen realiseer jij de gewenste verandering. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld gaan over gedragsverandering of activatie van medewerkers, of over het verbeteren van leiderschap, de aanpak, het (vitaliteits)aanbod of de samenhang van alle initiatieven die er al zijn. Zo bouw je stap voor stap ervaring op in verschillende sectoren, en leer je van de vraagstukken die per opdrachtgever anders zijn. In deze rol ga je onder andere: - Meewerken aan meerdere projecten tegelijk, samen met ervaren collega's - Ondersteunen bij projectmanagement en het voorbereiden van presentaties - Bijdragen aan commerciële voorstellen richting opdrachtgevers - Werken aan gedragsverandering en activatie van medewerkers - Leiderschap, vitaliteitsaanbod en de samenhang van initiatieven verbeteren - Nieuwe theoretische kennis opdoen en zelfstandig toepassen in je werk Wie zoeken we?
