Wil jij techniek, cijfers en advies combineren binnen uitdagende bouwprojecten? Als Junior Adviseur Kosten & Bouw werk je aan projecten voor onder andere projectontwikkelaars, architecten en overheden. Je ontwikkelt je tot adviseur en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen projecten. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Adviseur Kosten & Bouw werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je ondersteunt een ervaren projectleider en adviseert onder andere projectontwikkelaars, architecten en overheden over kosten en financiële keuzes binnen bouwprojecten. Vanaf de eerste haalbaarheidsstudie tot aan de oplevering ben je betrokken bij verschillende projectfasen. Je analyseert bouwtekeningen, technische documentatie en specificaties en bepaalt op basis hiervan de juiste hoeveelheden. Deze informatie verwerk je nauwkeurig in begrotingen, ramingen en financiële analyses. Tijdens projecten ontdek je welke invloed ontwerpkeuzes, materialen en technische oplossingen hebben op de kosten. Je denkt daarnaast mee over investeringen, duurzaamheid, opbrengsten, haalbaarheid en risico's. Hierdoor leer je een bouwproject vanuit zowel technisch als financieel perspectief te beoordelen. Je krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en leert uiteindelijk zelfstandig begrotingen en adviezen op te stellen. Zo groei je stap voor stap uit tot een volwaardig bouw adviseur. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij financiële en technische vraagstukken binnen bouwprojecten; - Voor projectontwikkelaars, architecten en overheden werk je aan begrotingen, ramingen en financiële analyses; - Vanuit bouwtekeningen en technische documenten bepaal je hoeveelheden en relevante projectgegevens; - Je verwerkt hoeveelheden en prijzen nauwkeurig in verschillende begrotingsmodellen; - Stap voor stap stel je steeds zelfstandiger begrotingen en kostenramingen op; - Je onderzoekt welke financiële gevolgen verschillende ontwerp- en materiaalkeuz.
