Onze klant is een Belgisch bankagentschap en onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar die een breed scala aan financiële diensten aanbiedt, waaronder bankieren, leningen, verzekeringen en beleggingen. Voor hun verzekeringskantoor te Willebroek zijn ze ter versterking van hun team opzoek naar een Junior adviseur in verzekeringen.

Ben jij een klantgericht en commercieel gedreven persoon met passie voor verzekeringen? Wil jij klanten adviseren en bijstaan in hoe ze hun risico's kunnen verzekeren?

Dan zoeken wij jou als Junior Adviseur voor de BOAR-verzekeringen! In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van klanten over Brand, Ongevallen en Allerlei Risico’s (BOAR) verzekeringen.

Je begeleidt hen bij het kiezen van de juiste dekking en zorgt voor een optimale bescherming.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als ADVISEUR VERZEKERINGEN:

  • Actief adviseren van klanten bij het afsluiten van BOAR-verzekeringen, afgestemd op hun specifieke risico’s en behoeften.
  • Begeleiden van klanten in het hele verzekeringsproces, van risicoanalyse tot opmaak van polissen en opvolging.
  • Identificeren van commerciële kansen binnen het bestaande klantenbestand en via acquisitie van nieuwe klanten.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams, zoals risicomanagement en schadeafdeling, om klantgerichte oplossingen te bieden.
  • Proactief op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen binnen de verzekeringsmarkt en deze kennis inzetten om klanten up-to-date te houden.
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen en aan de verdere groei van de BOAR-portefeuille.

Je komt terecht in een familiale sfeer waar elke medewerker er toe doet.

Je werkt in dag uren van maandag tot en met zaterdagmiddag en op woensdagmiddag ben je vrij!

  • Je kan een graduaat, bachelor of masterdiploma voorleggen binnen financiën en verzekeringen
  • Schoolverlaters zijn meer dan welkom!
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Accuraat en sterk analytisch vermogen, met een goed oog voor detail.
  • Sterk in zowel zelfstandig werken als in teamverband.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands
  • Je wil een vaste waarde worden binnen het kantoor
