Junior adviseur Hybride Parttime/Fulltime Staf HR Als junior adviseur werk je midden in ons HR-team. Jij bent het eerste aannspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en helpt hen verder. Je borgt dat onze HR processen soepel doorlopen en signaleert waar zaken beter kunnen. Daarnaast ondersteun je onze HR Adviseurs en pak je vanuit hier inhoudelijke HR vraagstukken op verder op. Wat ga je doen? Eind 2026 verhuist ons HR-team naar het nieuwe hoofdkantoor in Oude-Tonge . Dit wordt de vaste standplaats voor deze functie. Je zorgt samen met je collega's dat de dagelijkse HR-zaken goed geregeld zijn. Je gaat onder andere: - Je behandelt HR-vragen van medewerkers; - Jij borgt het proces rondom de arbeidscontracten en overige personele wijzigingen; - Je coördineert in- en uitdiensttredingen van onze collega's; - Je zorgt voor een compleet personeelsdossier; - Je ondersteunt bij de dossiervorming rondom verzuim, UWV en pensioen; - Je beheer onze HR-mailbox en bewaakt openstaande acties.
