Bij Lely krijg je de kans om precies die vraag te onderzoeken en nieuwe ideeën te vertalen naar oplossingen die in de praktijk bijdragen aan de boerderij van de toekomst. Binnen onze UX- en innovatieteams werk je aan de toekomst van digitale landbouw. Je onderzoekt hoe AI melkveehouders kan ondersteunen in hun dagelijks werk en hoe we deze interacties intuïtief, bruikbaar en waardevol kunnen maken. Dit is geen rol waarin je alleen concepten op papier uitwerkt. Je ontwikkelt prototypes, test deze met melkveehouders, leert van hun feedback en gebruikt deze inzichten om je ideeën verder te verbeteren. Je werkt op het snijvlak van design, onderzoek, technologie en landbouw, als onderdeel van een groot en divers UX-team van ongeveer 20 collega's. Je werkt samen met UX-designers, onderzoekers en andere specialisten die verschillende perspectieven en expertise meebrengen. De ene dag verken je bijvoorbeeld een nieuw concept voor de manier waarop een melkveehouder interactie heeft met een AI-gestuurd systeem, terwijl je de volgende dag een prototype test bij melkveehouders op hun bedrijf. Je vertaalt observaties en ideeën naar concrete concepten en blijft deze verbeteren en verfijnen totdat je iets hebt ontwikkeld dat daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegt.
