Jij brengt onze vloeren tot leven Als Junior Applicateur leer je het vak van ervaren collega's die al jarenlang wereldwijd kunststofvloeren aanbrengen. Je werkt in een hecht team onder begeleiding van een Voorman en bent samen verantwoordelijk voor een perfect eindresultaat. Van de voorbereiding tot de laatste afwerking: iedere laag die je aanbrengt draagt bij aan een vloer die jarenlang meegaat. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen en gereedschappen beschikbaar zijn, werkt volgens de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en draagt altijd de juiste persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. Aan het einde van iedere werkdag zie je letterlijk wat je samen hebt gerealiseerd. Je werkt meerdere weken achter elkaar op locatie in binnen- en buitenland. Dat maakt deze functie afwisselend, avontuurlijk en uniek. Geen project, land of werkdag is hetzelfde. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Het aanbrengen van hoogwaardige kunststofvloersystemen op internationale projectlocaties. - Samenwerken met jouw team om projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning uit te voeren. - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en een nette werkplek tijdens de uitvoering.
