Van Doorn vormt de buitenruimte van morgen. Wij ontwerpen, vormen en onderhouden (bedrijfs-)terreinen, infrastructuur en groenvoorzieningen. Je vindt ons werk door heel Nederland. In nieuw aangelegde tuinen, parken en straten. Op schone tunnelwanden, in pas gemaaide bermen, in kilometers geleiderail en in nieuwe rioleringen.

Binnen onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een:

Als Junior Applicatiebeheerder Metacom/Bizzstream help je mee met het beheer, de optimalisatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van ons centrale ERP-systeem. Je zorgt ervoor dat Metacom en Bizzstream goed aansluiten op de behoeften van onze organisatie en ondersteunt collega's bij het efficiënt werken met de systemen.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen gebruikers, processen en systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de operatie, zoals projectleiders en calculators, en met ICT en informatiemanagement. Je leert onze bedrijfsprocessen steeds beter kennen en helpt gebruikers met vragen en verbeteringen. Ook denk je mee over hoe we Metacom en Bizzstream slimmer en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen inzetten.

Je hoeft niet alles al te weten. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je nieuwsgierig bent, graag leert en interesse hebt in IT en bedrijfsprocessen. Samen met ervaren collega's krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandige applicatiebeheerder.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

- Meewerken aan het beheer, de optimalisatie en verdere ontwikkeling van Metacom en Bizzstream;

- Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij vragen, storingen, trainingen en verbeterwensen;

- Helpen bij het inrichten en beheren van ERP-workflows, formulieren, dashboards, autorisaties en stamgegevens;

- Testen van softwarewijzigingen, updates en nieuwe functionaliteiten en bijdragen aan een goede datakwaliteit;

- Afstemmen met de softwareleverancier, interne stakeholders en de Senior Applicatiebeheerder over het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van de systemen;

- Signaleren van verbeterkans
