Woerden (junior) Applicatiebeheerder / Planner VHS Ventilatie en Hoogwerksystemen VHS Ventilatie en Hoogwerksystemen is op zoek naar een (junior) Applicatiebeheerder / Planner - Fulltime - Ongeschoold Wat ga je doen? Wil jij impact maken met software én snappen hoe een bedrijf écht draait? Bij VHS Verhuur in Montfoort zoeken we een (junior) applicatiebeheerder die het leuk vindt om dingen slimmer te maken. Jij wordt (mede)eigenaar van ons softwaresysteem: je helpt collega's, fixt issues, test updates en - het belangrijkste - je spot verbeterkansen en voert ze door. Je haalt wensen op in de organisatie, vertaalt dit naar praktische oplossingen en schakelt makkelijk met leveranciers en collega's. Daarnaast help je (in kleinere mate) mee met de planning, zodat applicatie en operatie perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Applicatiebeheer & optimalisatie: - Beheren en doorontwikkelen van ons huidige softwaresysteem (en eventuele koppelingen). - Zorgen dat collega's er soepel mee kunnen werken: vragen oplossen, uitleg geven en werkwijzen verbeteren. - Signaleren van knelpunten in gebruik, data en processen en deze structureel verbeteren. - Wensen en problemen ophalen bij collega's en vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen (requirements). - Updates en wijzigingen testen, begeleiden en checken of alles klopt (acceptatie). - Schakelen met softwareleveranciers/IT-partners: jij spreekt de taal, vraagt door en houdt vaart erin. - Gebruikers/rollen/rechten beheren en datakwaliteit bewaken. - Korte, duidelijke werkinstructies maken en collega's meenemen in veranderingen. - Meedenken over automatisering, integraties en rapportages die ons werk slimmer maken. Planning & afstemming: - Ondersteunen en bewaken van de interne planning (bijv. chauffeurs, afleveringen/retouren, werkplaats). - Afstemmen met binnen- en buitendienst bij wijzigingen, spoed en knelpunten. - Zorgen dat systeem en planning logisch op elkaar aansluiten.
