Mit hoher fachlicher Kompetenz digitalisieren wir Logistikprozesse für große Speditionen, Logistikanbieter und für Unternehmen mit einem großen Versandvolumen. 1 Junior Application Manager (m/w/d) In dieser Position betreust Du eine der innovativsten Applikationen im Bereich der Lager- und Transportlogistik, die bei führenden österreichischen Unternehmen implementiert ist. 30 Mio. Pakete pro Jahr versenden sich schließlich nicht von selbst! Du bist also für Kunden erster Ansprechpartner bei Fragen oder löst knifflige Problemstellungen im Frontend bei Übertragungs- oder Verarbeitungsfehlern in der Datenbank. Deine Ansätze zur Verbesserung der Anwendung sowie neue Ideen werden jederzeit gehört und im Rahmen eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses realisiert. Einfach großartig!

Deine Challenge:

* Serviceorientierte Betreuung der Kunden + Bearbeitung von Anwender- und/oder Applikationsproblemen

* Strukturierte Analyse entlang der gesamten Systemarchitektur zur Identifikation von Fehlfunktionen sowie Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Problembehebung

* Vertiefte Analyse von technischen oder funktionalen Applikations-Bugs und Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungsansätze zur Fehlerbehebung

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Developer-Team bei der Behebung komplexer Fehlfunktionen durch Bereitstellung von Informationen zu den fehlerauslösenden Ursachen

Anforderungen:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL FH UNI) idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Softwareentwicklung, Informatik, Computer Sciences, o.Ä.

* AbsolventIn oder (erste) Berufspraxis in der Entwicklung (HTML 5 CSS JavaScript v.a. AngularJS)

* Sehr gute Datenbank-Kenntnisse (MS SQL)

* Kommunikation in Deutsch (+ Englisch)

* Agiles Arbeiten im Team vernetztes + analytisches Denken Problemlösungskompetenz

* Engagierter Teamplayer mit Ambition, laufend noch besser zu werden
