Strikt noodzakelijk Leveranciers Teamtailor Analyses Algemeen · Helmond - Hoofdkantoor · Op locatie Junior Archive Coordinator We reageren meestal binnen een week Vlisco beschikt over een van de grootste textielarchieven ter wereld, met meer dan 350.000 waxprintstalen, ruim 10.000 historische foto's en honderden stalenboeken die teruggaan tot het begin van de negentiende eeuw. Het archief vertelt bovendien het verhaal van culturele iconen en kunstenaars die een bijzondere connectie hebben met Vlisco-stoffen, van Nelson Mandela en Miriam Makeba tot Kehinde Wiley en Yinka Shonibare. Voor ons archiefteam zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en nieuwsgierige Junior Archive Coordinator die ondersteunt bij het conserveren, ontsluiten en digitaliseren van de collectie. Vlisco ontwikkelt het archief tot een creatieve bron voor ontwerpinnovatie en merkverhalen. Door de collectie beter toegankelijk te maken voor interne teams én voor onderzoekers, kunstenaars en curatoren, krijgt het archief een steeds grotere rol binnen het merk. In deze functie draag je hier actief aan bij en is er ruimte om zelfstandig onderzoek te doen en met nieuwe inzichten het verhaal van Vlisco verder tot leven te brengen. . VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN: Archiefbeheer - Registreren, digitaliseren en beheren van verschillende onderdelen van de collectie; - Beheren en actualiseren van metadata in archiefinformatiesystemen; - Bijdragen aan een betere toegankelijkheid en bruikbaarheid van het archief voor interne en externe gebruikers. Onderzoek & ondersteuning - Beantwoorden van onderzoeksvragen vanuit afdelingen zoals Product, Marketing, Design en Legal; - Ondersteunen bij de selectie en voorbereiding van materiaal voor tentoonstellingen en andere projecten; - Uitvoeren van collectieonderzoek naar verhalen, thema's en historische context; - Aandragen van inzichten die creatieve teams, tentoonstellingen, publicaties en merkverhalen ondersteunen; Kwaliteit & proce...
