Leer een specialistisch vak in Steenwijk, werk met techniek en bouw aan jouw doorgroei in een ervaren team.

Wat ga je doen? Als Assemblagemedewerker Spuitgietmatrijzen leer je stap voor stap een specialistisch technisch vak. Je werkt met ervaren collega’s die jou goed begeleiden. Zo groei je steeds verder in je rol.

- Je start met een uitgebreid inwerktraject en wordt goed opgeleid door een ervaren collega. - Je leert spuitgietmatrijzen assembleren, ombouwen en controleren. - Je onderhoudt, reinigt en controleert matrijzen en onderdelen. - Je voert metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Je leert technische tekeningen lezen en toepassen. - Je helpt bij reparaties en onderhoud en denkt mee over verbeteringen. - Je werkt steeds zelfstandiger en krijgt ruimte voor jouw ideeën.

Contract: je gaat via Adecco aan de slag. De duur van de opdracht bespreken we vooraf met je.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.500 tot € 3.100 per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - 15% ploegentoeslag. - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld. - € 0,25 reiskostenvergoeding. - Deelname aan het STIPP-pensioen via Adecco. - Veel mogelijkheden voor opleiden, leren en doorgroei. - Een afwisselende technische baan in een betrokken team.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in Steenwijk bij een innovatief Nederlands familiebedrijf. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt elektrotechnische oplossingen voor het meten, beschermen en verdelen van elektrische energie. De producten worden wereldwijd gebruikt door onder andere netbeheerders, industrie en gemeenten.
