Collega's werken makkelijk met elkaar samen en stappen bij elkaar binnen om te overleggen of te sparren over een klantdossier. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Ze vinden het belangrijk dat mensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarom wordt er niet alleen gekeken naar wat je vandaag al kunt, maar vooral ook naar waar je naartoe wilt. badges: 1 Over de functie Als Junior Assistent-Accountant ondersteun je bij verschillende werkzaamheden voor MKB-klanten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het verwerken en bijhouden van financiële administraties en helpt klanten bij het inrichten, koppelen en optimaliseren van hun digitale administratie. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij aangiften omzetbelasting, het opbouwen van klantdossiers en het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ga je zelfstandig werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Ook krijg je steeds meer contact met klanten. Je leert ondernemers kennen, beantwoordt vragen en denkt mee over hun administratie en financiële situatie. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's van wie je veel kunt leren. Kom je ergens niet uit? Dan is er altijd iemand beschikbaar om mee te sparren. Jouw kwaliteiten Je hebt in ieder geval een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare financiële richting.
