Als junior back-end developer maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair softwareteam dat dagelijks werkt aan Planpoint – ons krachtig workforce management platform dat flow en structuur brengt in het werk van duizenden professionals.

Je ontwikkelt performante componenten, denkt mee over architectuur, koppelt met externe systemen en draagt bij aan nieuwe features, van idee tot implementatie. En dat doe je niet alleen: je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren developers, werkt volgens de principes van DevOps en leert elke dag bij in een omgeving waar technologie en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen op een werkdag?

  • Je ontwikkelt schaalbare back-end componenten binnen Planpoint, met aandacht voor performantie en kwaliteit
  • Je werkt in een DevOps-omgeving aan build, test en deployment van software
  • Je denkt mee over API-integraties en bouwt koppelingen met systemen als ERP, tijdsregistratie en payroll
  • Je ontwikkelt zowel grotere modules als kleinere optimalisaties en bugfixes
  • Je neemt actief deel aan sprintplanningen, code reviews en daily stand-ups
  • Je analyseert gebruikersfeedback en vertaalt die naar concrete verbeteringen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met analisten, projectmanagers en het front-end team
  • Je groeit in je rol via feedback, pair programming en interne kennisdeling

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in computer sciences, software engineering of een verwante richting
  • Een goede basis in Java
  • Interesse in topics zoals databaseoptimalisatie, microservices, API-design en netwerkarchitectuur
  • Vertrouwdheid met tools als Git, Docker, of de motivatie om dit snel onder de knie te krijgen
