🛠️ Jouw dag als Bankbediende

  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten (particulieren en/of kmo's)
  • Wanneer er een Klant binnenkomt, schakel jij meteen een versnelling hoger: je stelt de klant gerust, opent het dossier en zorgt voor een vlotte, correcte begeleiding van de klant.
  • Je sluit de dag af met een voldaan gevoel, wetende dat je vandaag écht het verschil hebt gemaakt voor jouw klanten.
  • Je begint in een functie waar je de Easy Banking eerst onder de knie krijgt om dan later beleggingsadviseur te worden.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor Financiën en Verzekeringen en je hebt nog geen ervaring nodig.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de Bankwereld en bent hongerig om je kennis continu aan te scherpen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid is jouw middle name; je plonst graag in dossiers en verliest de details niet uit het oog.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, empathisch en krijgt energie van direct klantcontact.
  • Als echte teamplayer denk je in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
