Spring Professional zoekt enthousiaste Junior Banking Specialist die het verschil willen maken binnen het Easy Banking Center van BNP Paribas Fortis.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Banking Specialist ben jij de stem en het gezicht van de bank. Elke dag help je klanten verder met hun vragen over bank- en verzekeringsproducten via telefoon, e-mail of chat.

  • Je luistert actief, analyseert hun behoeften en biedt gepaste oplossingen aan.
  • Je spot commerciële kansen en weet klanten te overtuigen met jouw advies.
  • Je promoot de digitale tools van BNP Paribas Fortis en helpt klanten modern en efficiënt bankieren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je ideeën en betrokkenheid worden écht gewaardeerd ¿ jouw stem telt hier.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en haalt energie uit contact met mensen.
  • Je hebt een commerciële flair en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Ervaring in verkoop of een callcenter is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bank- en verzekeringswereld en leert graag bij.
