Wir sind seit über 70 Jahren ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich des Baunebengewerbes und beschäftigen über 400 Mitarbeiter. Es werden Projekte in den Sparten Maler, Fassade, Boden und Werbetechnik abgewickelt. Die Firmengruppe SCHMIED AG steht für Qualität, Innovation, Flexibilität und Leistungsfähigkeit. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für die Niederlassung Wien 1 Junior Baustellenleiter*in / Abrechnungstechniker*in (m/w/d) für eine Vollzeitstelle

Zu Ihren verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben zählen:

- Erstellung von Abrechnungsblättern

- Mengenermittlung aus den Plänen oder Naturmaß

- Arbeitsvorbereitung und Ressourcenplanung

- Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Angebotslegung, Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Kostenschätzungen

- Dokumentation und Baustellenbesichtigungen vor Ort

Im besten Fall bringen Sie mit:

- Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL Innenausbau, Malermeister oder vergleichbares)

- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

- Kaufmännisches Geschick und technisches Fachwissen

- EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, Outlook)

- Führerschein B

- Erfahrung in der Malerbranche

Das können Sie sich erwarten:

- Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttobezug ab 40.000 EUR vorgesehen, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
