Jij onderzoekt samen met een ervaren collega de mogelijkheden, brengt risico's in kaart en denkt mee over een oplossing die past bij de plannen van de ondernemer. Als Junior Belastingadviseur werk je vanaf het begin mee aan echte vraagstukken voor mkb-ondernemers en familiebedrijven. Zo leer je stap voor stap hoe fiscale regels, ondernemerschap en advies samenkomen in de praktijk. Samen lopen en overleggen bij Lansigt Wat ga je doen? - Je beoordeelt fiscale posities en ondersteunt bij aangiften en adviezen. - Je signaleert fiscale kansen en bespreekt die met collega's. - Je werkt mee aan bezwaarprocedures en fiscale vraagstukken. - Je ondersteunt bij klantgesprekken en leert hoe adviestrajecten worden opgebouwd. - Je spart met ervaren belastingadviseurs over inhoudelijke dossiers. - Je draagt bij aan vaktechnisch overleg en kennisdeling binnen het team. - Je denkt mee over hoe slimme systemen en AI het fiscale werk kunnen ondersteunen. Werkzaamheden - Zelfstandig opstellen van belastingadviezen - Beoordelen van aangiften en uitvoeren van fiscale checks - Signaleren en uitwerken van fiscale optimalisaties - Ondersteunen bij complexe adviestrajecten - Onderhouden van klantcontact Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde wo-opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie. - 0 tot 2 jaar ervaring in de fiscale praktijk, bijvoorbeeld via stages of werkstudentschap. - Nieuwsgierigheid naar de ondernemer achter de vraag. - De drive om te leren en jezelf inhoudelijk te ontwikkelen. - Het vermogen om kritisch te denken en verbanden te leggen. - Een open houding: je durft vragen te stellen en zoekt actief de samenwerking op.
